Carbone4
Precision and climate ambition

Founded in 2007 by Jean-Marc Jancovici and Alain Grandjean, and joined in 2018 by Laurent Morel, Carbone4 is an independent consultancy specialising in energy and climate issues, offering its expertise to public and private sector economic players. Convinced that anticipating the constraints of climate change is the best possible option, Carbone4 works with its clients to help them transform these constraints into a formidable accelerator of innovation, a factor of commercial differentiation and a motivating factor for their teams.

On the strength of the legitimacy it has acquired through its involvement with associations and activism around the major challenges of climate change, Carbone4 decided to entrust us with the task of overhauling their brand identity. The challenge was to collectively establish the firm's strategic positioning, and then to create a visual identity that would better convey the diversity of its expertise, beyond carbon assessment. Here are the results of our reflections.

Concept

This sign is an evolution of the previous logo. It takes up the idea of the globe and introduces the notion of protection, with two hands protecting the planet. The diagonal lines suggest strategic intervention to change trajectories. The sharp lines suggest precision.
